The National School Attorneys Association (NSAA) is an independent, non-political association of attorneys representing local boards of education and state school board associations across the country.
In response to the Tennessee law permitting challenges to materials in schools' library collections, the Hamilton County Board of Education created a panel of community members to develop a policy that would guide administrators in reviewing books.
One of the most difficult tasks a local board of education has is providing a high quality curriculum to its students that reflects the values of the community.
